it’s 11:22am, and gosh it’s been a while.
this is the longest stretch I’ve gone without posting since I promised I’d “post every day” — so welcome to my failure, y’all.
okay, failure’s a strong word. it’s not like I’m getting paid for this.
… unless someone wants to pay me to blog for them. I’d be into that.
anyway.
so what have I been up to in the week+ since my last post? funny you should ask.
rehearsals for the show I’m in are ramping up, as we open in less than 2 weeks (!!). I got to see some friends who were in town for their familial Passover celebrations. I had Easter Sunday off so the parentals and I ate Peeps and ham (not at the same time. or did we?). I’ve already received both of my tax refunds (BOOYAH! I highly recommend using a CPA, you guys); said tax refunds will allow me to finally sign up for a VO website (yes I know I’ve talked about this for months I’m finally gonna do it okay give me a break dot org). I’ve continued applying for “real” jobs. I cleaned my bathroom yesterday. migraines still suck. as does this weird allergy/sore throat thing I’ve got kickin’ in the bod right now.
as you can see, my life has been rife with excitement. RIFE, I TELL YOU.
now, I bid you adieu, as I’ve gotta pick up some prescriptions from the pharmacy and make some DVD copies of VHS tapes for an old friend. [[pushes glassses up nose; adjusts pocket protector.]]
